Wreck Bay Rural Fire Brigade Artwork

This artwork is a representation of the Wreck Bay Rural Fire Brigade and Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community.

Wreck Bay Brigade is stationed on Aboriginal Land owned and managed by the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council (WBACC) and is proud to be a part of the community. The significance of the Wreck Bay Rural Fire Brigade is highlighted in the artwork.

The dots around Wreck Bay Community represents the Brigade members past, present and future.

Large black dots represent the communities in NSW and the Shoalhaven with the flames reaching into those communities.

The blue represents the waters that surround the Bherwerre Peninsula. Sea creatures represent the cultural connection Wreck Bay People have to the ocean
